Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year at Beech Grove Middle School!

We are excited to begin another year of learning, growth, and success alongside you and your family. At Beech Grove Middle School, we believe that strong partnerships between students, families, and staff are essential to helping every child reach their full potential. Through trust, communication, and a shared commitment to student success, we strive to create an environment where every student feels supported, challenged, and valued.

Our theme for this school year is “Those Who Dare, Win.” This mantra is more than a slogan; it is a mindset that will guide our work throughout the year. Winning is not simply about grades, awards, or accomplishments. Winning means having the courage to grow, to lead, to serve, and to persevere when faced with challenges.

Being courageous means daring to try something new, daring to ask questions, daring to step outside of your comfort zone, and daring to learn from mistakes. Too often, fear can become an obstacle; fear of failure, fear of judgment, or fear of not being good enough. At Beech Grove Middle School, we believe that some of life’s greatest lessons come through challenges and setbacks. Failure is not the end of the journey; it is often the beginning of growth.

As a school community, we will challenge ourselves to pursue excellence in everything we do. We will support one another, encourage one another, and hold ourselves accountable to being the very best versions of ourselves. Like any successful team, we understand that we are strongest when we work together and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to succeed.

One of my favorite quotes reminds us:

“The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short, but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark.”

As we embark on this exciting year together, we are filled with enthusiasm for the opportunities ahead and the growth we will achieve as a community. We encourage all families to stay engaged, stay connected, and partner with us every step of the way. Together, by daring to grow and supporting one another, we will make this a truly successful and memorable year for every student at Beech Grove Middle School.
